Over a series of 24 workshops After School Leaders provides participants with well-rounded training for employment, covering everything from fundamental to advanced bicycle mechanics, frame painting, resume writing and road riding skills. In the process YBB participants build a bicycle to keep for themselves and one or more to sell (participants keep the revenue). Youth who successfully complete After School Leaders often proceed to achieve paid employment with the WRENCH!

This program is open to high school students throughout Winnipeg. A meal is provided and transportation costs can be covered by the program.
