Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To accommodate our clients while maintaining our scheduling commitments, we have the following cancellation policy: Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the service date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date cannot be refunded. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule, subject to availability. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency, at the discretion of The WRENCH management.
