WRENCH Summer Camp at Clifton Community Centre!
At WRENCH Summer Camp, you’ll learn bike mechanics, safe riding, and take home a bike you built yourself at the end of the week.
Led by WRENCH instructors, campers will learn safe use of tools, basic bike systems, and become comfortable with basic repairs. Campers will also learn defensive approaches to ensure safety when riding on the street, and will have the opportunity to serve the community through a community bike repair stand at Clifton.
The week long camp runs each Monday to Friday in July and August from 1-5pm, and includes a healthy snack. Each week, we will welcome a maximum of 10 participants.
Dates and Ages:
- July 4-8, Age 9-12
- July 11-15, Age 9-12

Being able to leave camp with a bike depends on consistent attendance- we encourage campers to plan for this when signing up.
The WRENCH will endeavor to make Camp as covid safe as possible. Masks are required for all staff and participants; and staff and participants are also expected to be vaccinated to the full extent available to their age group- with exceptions for those with valid medical exemptions. Anyone experiencing covid symptoms will be asked to stay home until symptoms have ceased for a full 24 hours. Campers who miss days because of this may be offered a spot in future weeks.
This camp is free. Priority will be given to campers who live in the R3E postal code. Campers will receive confirmation of their spot by June 1. Questions? Contact [email protected]
